Gather together around the table for a relaxed afternoon of relief printmaking. We'll be working with softcut lino to make a simple reusable printing block to create your own festive cards.

 

Beforehand, you might like to look at images / motifs that you'd like to work with – simple is best! Do feel free to bring reference material with you but equally you can enjoy being spontaneous. I'll have plenty of inspiration on hand.

The aim of the session is to have fun making your own unique Christmas cards whilst giving you a taste of a very straightforward way to make prints. Hopefully it gives you confidence to make more!

Although we'll be using water-based non-toxic inks, they can still stain clothes; it can get messy...Please bring an old shirt/apron!
